Free school administration application by Time Software.
TS School Standard Edition is and will always be free. The idea is to provide all schools with basic school administration software absolutely free of charge. In this way, Time Software gives back to the community, South Africa, and to the world at large. Schools can:
- add learners and staff
- assign them to admin and subject classes
- set up tests, enter marks and churn out report cards
- produce class and individual staff and learner timetables
- produce custom reports, documentation and letters of correspondence
- enter general school info and subjects
- enter staff and learner medical details
- control user access
- use TS School in any language

School ? school particulars, the setting up of school departments, schoolhouses and venues
Learner ? extensive learner details
Staff ? extensive staff particulars
Medical ? readily available learner and staff medical details, including emergency numbers
Timetable ? multiple week periods of subject classes and teams, individual timetables
Form Class ? learner and staff allocation, roll call and calendar events
Subject Class ? learner, staff and timetable allocation, roll call and calendar events
Subjects ? setting up grades, subjects and the levels on which subjects are taught
Examination ? tests and exams, entering marks and the finalization and printing of report cards
Documentation ? mail-merged documents such as letters of correspondence
Reports ? access controlled reports for managerial purposes
Database ? data importation, backup and restoration
User ? user groups to which users may belong which then establishes system access
