Tired of those tricky, picky, never-have-what's-needed 3rd-party media players? - Create your own DVD and media player with this helpful .Net development kit. It allows integrating video, audio and DVD playback into software, which you can use to open multimedia files and network streams, enhance them with bitmap or text overlays, adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, hue and other parameters of the picture, add various effects and transitions, and playback the result.
The SDK can handle DVD and videos in AVI, MPEG, WMV, 3GP, MOV, as well as any other videos when those are accompanied by the corresponding decoders. Supported audio formats include WAV, MP3, OGG, WMA, AAC and also any custom format, provided that the corresponding decoder is installed on the computer.
You can enjoy just playing videos and audios or, enhance those by adding various transitions and effects. The SDK comes with a variety of predefined effects, such as text and graphics overlay, PIP, OSD, transparency, inverted colors, greyscale, and so on - dozens of effects and transitions are there at your disposal. You can further improve the picture by resizing it or changing its resolution, deinterlacing or denoising it, adjusting frame rate and other settings. The audio tools include a volume booster, equalizer, 3D-bass system and effects.
